Student Holidays The student Holidays will be as per the university Guidelines.


ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR THE UNIVERSITY EXAM - To be able to appear in the university exam, the student should have 75% attendance in theory lectures and 80% attendance in Practical lectures.
- A student to be eligible to pass the examination must have obtained not less than 50% of marks in each of the passing heads of the respective subjects, except as specifically prescribed by the university. There are 3 heads of passing i.e Theory, practical and Internal assessment of 2 heads of passing i.e Theory and Internal Assessment, for subjects without practical.
- Grace Marks: University gives marks of minimum 5marks in theory examination
- Distinction: The student will be declared as passed with distinction if he/she secures > 75% marks in the examination
- Fail: if the student fails either in Theory or in Practical Examination of a subject, he/she will have to appear for both theory and practical/clinical examination again
- If the student fails in 1 or 2 subjects, he/she is allowed to keep term for the next academic year.


EXAMINATION STRUCTURE - As per the university rule, college conducts 2 internal exams - Terminals and Prelims
- Tentative timetable is put up on the respective notice boards one month prior to the exams
- Internal assessment is calculated as per the University Rules
- Syllabus with IA marks each year to be attached.


Passing Criteria Evaluation of student is done under two parts i.e. External assessment & Internal assessment. Proportion of marks of External & Internal assessment is 80:20(total 100 marks) for both theory & practical papers.
Separate passing in internal & external assessment is essential.
Minimum pass marks should be 50% in each of the theory and practical papers separately for both Internal & External assessment.

Internal Assessment will be done through the examination held at the end of 1st & 2nd term of the each academic year for both theory & practical papers.
* External Assessment( Vidyapeeth Examination)


Schedule of Examination Vidyapeeth examination is conducted according to the examination time – table notified by the Vidyapeeth by the end of each year. Students are required to appear for the written as well as oral / practical examination as per the syllabus of their branch.
